LASE-ALIGN MK II: RAIL ALIGNMENT GAUGE

Switch tip alignment made simple and accurate without the need for tape measurements and calculation.

Targets supplied to suit 90mm and 255mm tip to bolt centre Targets for nose alignment using the fixed laser and rail dip using the adjustable laser are included in the kit.

Second adjustable laser can be set to the centre of the Large Target. Bringing the target to intermediate points will give an accurate measure of Dip for stone blowing or shovel packing.

PNEUMATIC RUSTY CLIP REMOVER F2111

The F2111 Rusty Clip Remover is designed for Green Zone working to remove seized Pandrol ‘P’ and ‘E’ type clips from their housing.

This is especially useful in tunnels, under bridges, on level crossings and in coastal areas where it is difficult to remove Rusty Clips by conventional methods.

It’s use will not loosen the housing or damage/break the Concrete Sleeper so avoiding the necessity to replace them.

Allows better use of labour by significantly reducing the time taken to replace seized Clips.

RAIL DE-LIPPING KIT
